HOW DO I BUY AN ORIGINAL ARTWORK?

I typically create a variety of original artworks that will be released throughout the year at announced dates and times. Subscribe to my newsletter and/or follow me on social media for announcements and sneak peeks.

DO YOU OFFER COMMISSIONED ARTWORK?

I am not currently taking commissions but will announce via email and social media if this changes in the future.

PRINT QUALITY - WHAT IS A GICLÉE PRINT?

All prints offered in my shop are Giclée reproductions. The paper and inks are all archival quality to last for years to come. Colors are represented as accurately as possible, but due to the digital variances in device screens the colors may look different in person. All reproductions are made to order and shipped from my studio in Pennsylvania. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for your order to ship.

CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM PRINT SIZE?

Possibly! Please contact me here and let me know what size you are looking for. Pricing will vary for custom sizes.

DO YOU OFFER LARGER PRINTS?

At this time the only sizes available are the ones listed. I plan to offer additional sizes in the future, so check back often. The image quality and details are extremely important to me, and I won’t produce a print size that doesn’t meet my exacting standards of quality. If you are interested in a size not listed please refer to the custom size answer above.

If you are looking for artwork for a larger wall space, I recommend putting together a collection of several pieces. I offer collectors discounts on multiple prints. If interested please contact me for more information.

DO YOU OFFER FRAMING AND/OR MATTING?

Yes, but not for every artwork. Some artwork will be sold framed and/or matted in the manner of my choosing as part of my artistic version for the artwork. Not all artwork is framed and/or matted, and I do not currently offer custom framing services. I’m happy to help with any questions you have regarding framing/matting and provide recommendations to help guide you.

I highly encourage framing all your prints and originals. This not only elevates the appearance of the artwork but also helps protect it from dust and environmental damage.

WHERE CAN I SEE YOUR MOST RECENT ARTWORK?

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP OR STUDIO OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?

I do not currently have a public space for you to visit to see my work in person. A list of shops and galleries offering my art can be found here (coming soon). Local viewing appointments for original artwork can be arranged on request. Please contact me for more details if you are interested.

CAN I PICK UP MY ARTWORK?

Yes. Local pickup can be arranged for orders of $150 or more before applicable taxes. Use code “ArtPickup” to forgo shipping charges. Please send an email to bec@becbookwalter.com to schedule a time for pickup. Additionally, please note that my availability for pickups is rather limited, but I will do my best to accommodate you. If you need to pick up your order by a certain date, please contact me prior to purchase to make sure I can accommodate your request.

OWNERSHIP - WHO OWNS THE ARTWORK?

I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original artwork. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. Please let me know if you are interested in purchasing full or partial rights to your original artwork. Some collectors or buyers choose to purchase my right to reproduce the artwork to ensure it will never become a print. To discuss purchasing the rights please contact me.

The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork is reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit.

When you purchase an original artwork you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.

PRESS & ATTRIBUTION

I love working with stylists, editors, bloggers, and writers. There are many images on my website that you are free to use for your article with appropriate attribution. Please credit both me (the artist) and the photographer. Unless noted otherwise I am the photographer of images on my website. Additionally, I am open to interviews to share my art and journey. DO YOU OFFER WORKSHOPS OR ART CLASSES?

DO YOU WORK WITH INTERIOR DESIGNERS?

I love working with interior designers and seeing my artwork in beautifully designed spaces. I offer designers a discount on Giclée reproduction prints only. I do not allow my work to be marked up without my consent, and I do not offer discounts on originals. Please contact me to set up a personal promo code for you to use for your print needs.
