ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 10 business days. Estimated shipping times at checkout are referring to how long it should take the order to arrive once it’s been shipped.

PACKAGING FOR SHIPPING

All orders are packaged beautifully and with the utmost care to ensure that they are protected on their journey to you.

Prints and original artwork on paper 11x14 or smaller will be packaged in acid-free clear plastic sleeves with sturdy backing boards, and shipped in a flat cardboard mailer. Larger prints and originals on paper will be rolled and shipped in a sturdy tube.

All artwork or products that are not flat will be wrapped in paper, padded extremely well, and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS

There are a variety of shipping options available at checkout. Orders are typically sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, or an equivalent service. Most orders will be insured and have tracking available.

If the actual shipping costs on your order cost $10 or more over what you paid at checkout you will receive an invoice for the difference that must be paid before your order will be shipped.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Currently, only domestic shipping is available through my website shop. If you live outside the United States and wish to place an order please contact me for additional details and a shipping estimate.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION POLICY

Please be aware that the buyer is fully responsible for providing the correct shipping information at checkout. Orders will not be refunded if the order(s) is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs to reship to the correct address as well as a 50% re-print charge if the original print order is lost due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information.

LOCAL PICKUP OPTION

Local pickup can be arranged for orders of $150 or more before applicable taxes. Use code “ArtPickup” to forgo shipping charges. Please send an email to bec@becbookwalter.com to schedule a time for pickup. Additionally, please note that my availability for pickups is rather limited, but I will do my best to accommodate you. If you need to pick up your order by a certain date, please contact me prior to purchase to make sure I can accommodate your request.
