Return Policy

THIS PAGE INCLUDES RETURN, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION, REFUND, & LIABILITY POLICIES

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every order is handled with the utmost care, with as much transparency and clarity as possible. The following are our policies regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, and liabilities. Please read these policies carefully to understand the purchase and returns process.

ORIGINAL ART POLICY

All sales of original artwork are final. Cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are not available.

REPRODUCTIONS (PRINTS) POLICIES

All art print sales are final. Art print orders can only be canceled if the print(s) have not been printed yet, as prints are made to order. Due to prints sometimes being printed immediately, there is no guarantee you will be able to cancel your print order. Due to the costs associated with every order, regardless if it has been printed or not, a 5% cancellation fee based on your order total will be deducted from your refund.

Returns are not available for prints, but exchanges are accepted for prints within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Only undamaged prints will be accepted for exchange. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange. Prints can only be exchanged for prints of equal or greater value with the buyer paying any difference in price from the original print being exchanged. Additionally, a 5% restocking fee will be charged based on the price of the original print being exchanged.

All returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact bec@becbookwalter.com within 7 calendar days of receipt of your order.

GIFT CARD REFUNDS

Refunds are only available for unused gift cards and must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date. Approved refunds will be credited back to the purchaser of the gift card via the original payment method.

Refunds are not available on partially used gift cards.

SECONDS SALES OR ANY OTHER SALE

All sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are not available.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN POLICY

We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS, FedEx, or UPS), and we are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. Please remember we have no control over how the package is handled after it’s been shipped, but we strive to package every order with care so that it arrives in pristine condition. We recommended handling your new artwork with care when unpacking and preparing for display.

Please report any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must include your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the interior and exterior of the packaging your order arrived in. We handle this on a case-by-case basis. Please note in some situations you may be asked to file a claim with the shipping service. If the order is a complete loss and we offer a reprint, we require the damaged print to be returned. The buyer will be required to pay for all shipping costs associated with the replacement order.

If you believe your package has been lost, stolen, misdelivered, or you missed the delivery please verify that you provided the correct shipping address for the order. If your shipping address is correct on the order your next step is to contact the shipping service personally. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything we can do on our end, and we are unable to address any failed delivery or theft issues directly. If your package is returned to us, we are happy to reship it but do ask that you pay for all the additional shipping costs. We are unable to reprint any order for free that has been lost, stolen, or not delivered.

Please be aware that the buyer is fully responsible for providing the correct shipping information at checkout. Orders will not be refunded if the order(s) is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs to reship to the correct address as well as a 50% re-print charge if the original print order is lost due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information.

PROCESSING OF REPLACEMENTS/EXCHANGES

We will ship your approved replacement order after receiving your return. We ask that you return your print in the original packaging or equivalent if you are unable to use the original packaging. If your return is damaged on its way back to us due to improper or poor packaging, we will not provide a refund/replacement/exchange. We are unable to restock or sell damaged prints, so please package your return carefully.

A NOTE ABOUT COLOR

Due to the nature of digital technology and device screen calibrations colors may appear different in person. Please carefully read all product descriptions and check the colors on multiple screens if you are concerned about color accuracy and variations. I do my best to accurately represent the colors and tones of my artwork. All the terms above apply even if you are dissatisfied with the colors. We are happy to exchange a print for another that will work better in your space according to the terms above.
