Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. With every order, we strive for as much transparency and clarity as possible. The following are our policies regarding digital gift cards. Please read these policies carefully to understand the purchase, returns, and usage process.

A Gift card (a.k.a digital gift card) is a unique gift card code sent via email. You can choose to have the gift card sent directly to the recipient with a message or you can have it sent directly to you to deliver to the recipient yourself.

GIFT CARD LIMITATIONS

Gift cards purchased from Rebecca ‘Bec’ Bookwalter/BecBookwalter.com (a.k.a this website) can only be redeemed for products or services offered on this website not exceeding the remaining balance available on the gift card.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or credit.

Gift cards are sold as unique digital codes delivered via email only. Physical cards are not available at this time.

Sales and discounts cannot be applied to purchasing a gift card, and gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Gift cards can only be purchased one at a time and cannot be purchased along with other items. The checkout for gift cards is separate from the cart for all other items available.

Gift cards are only available in set values and you cannot set your own value. If you are interested in purchasing a value not currently offered you can purchase multiple gift cards to get the value you need or contact bec@becbookwalter for assistance.

Gift cards cannot be reloaded.

Gift cards cannot be scheduled to send at a later date and time. If you want to send the email to the recipient later you should select the ‘Email to You’ delivery option at checkout. They can then forward the email or .pdf at the desired time.

GIFT CARD REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Refunds are only available for unused gift cards and must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date. Approved refunds will be credited back to the purchaser of the gift card via the original payment method.

Refunds are not available on partially used gift cards.

If you have lost your gift card code please contact bec@becbookwalter and I will resend the gift email notification containing the unique gift card code. Please note to protect the safety of your gift card balance, codes can only be sent to the original email recipient. If you are the gift recipient and you received your gift card code directly from the gift giver(printed, forwarded via email, etc.) as opposed to receiving the original gift email notification directly, you will need to contact the gift giver to help you retrieve your lost code.

GIFT CARD USAGE

Gift cards are available as unique gift card codes which are entered at checkout. After entering the gift card code the remaining balance will appear. This is how you can check the balance on your gift card.

Multiple gift cards can be applied to one order.

If paying with a gift card(s), and the order exceeds the gift card(s) balance(s) the remaining balance must be paid using a standard payment method.

When using a gift card the full value is always applied unless the order total is less than the remaining gift card balance.

Gift cards can be used on orders containing sale items and/or discount codes. However, sales, discounts, and gift cards cannot be used on the purchase of gift cards.

If a refund is made on an order paid with a gift card the refund will be applied back to the gift card’s balance.

Gift cards can be redeemed in person. If purchasing directly from Rebecca ‘Bec’ Bookwalter Fine Artist at an in-person event, you can request to use your gift card by providing your unique gift card code.

Gift cards never expire.
